First time going and good food but I
Didn’t enjoy it that much because it wasn’t enough to feed all of us and it didn’t taste that good for the price of it. I could make it myself.

Ordered a bag from them with snow crab and the crab tasted soo bad. The bag had barely any flavor in it and the potato’s were not cooked through. Mind you I come once or twice a month n never had any issues although I haven’t eaten here for roughly two months, Probably never gonna eat here again. And to spend 60$ for just the bag, to just have it taste like that, I couldn’t even eat the crab since there was a weird thick slimy white film on the crab inside the shell. Like it was broken then boiled. Definitely worst experience I’ve had here.

my family of five came to eat dinner.When it began time to seat us.The manager attempted to fit us in one small table.We asked if we can move to a bigger table.She rudely stated that they were set aside for a reservation. We understood that, so we asked if they can put two tables together so we can all fit.The manager snapped at us and said there would be an automatic 18% gratuity fee.It doesn’t say that anywhere on any signs it does say 6 people or more which we did not fit that requirement being that we were only 5.All in all, we do love coming here but we suggest coming at night when the nicer older manager is present.

I like the concept of this place, and the service was amazing. However, the food was not very good. I ordered the shrimp po boy. There was a ton of bread, not a lot of shrimp. I also had the calamari, this was not good at all, like elastic wrapped in a rubber band.

When visiting this establishments, try ordering the seafood in the bag cooked with all the goodness. I think this is where they shine.

Customer service was good, presentation was good, food ok. The Louisiana sauce is thick and a bit oily for my liking. The Cajun seasoning was also greasy. I’d recommend the lobster roll, that was delicious. Overall not a bad experience .

Food and service was amazing. Our server ( forgot her name but blonde) was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us out for our first time. She recommended the combo 2 that has snow crab and shrimp with the Louisiana sauce! So good will have to be back with my whole family. The only thing I can say we wish they had a full bar!
