About two years ago I experienced a scary Afib episode that landed me in the ER. After the immediate care from the MDs, I wanted a long-term holistic path and an additional perspective for healing. My recent cardiologist Dr. Thaik introduced me to Jennifer who is a Heart Math coach and much more. I started attending her group coaching sessions and eventually started working one on one with Jenn’s Six Heart Illuminations and Heart Math program. I first met Jenn at a yoga retreat where she facilitated a HeartMath session. I was intrigued and have been following her since. I recently worked with her one on one in an intuitive coaching session that included Reiki. I was struggling with clarity and Jenn helped me develop some strategies to gain clarity. As a result, I enrolled in her Reiki 1 class. Reiki had constantly been popping into my thoughts even though I wasn't really sure what Reiki was. I am so glad that I took her course. I loved the experience so much that I enrolled in her Reiki 2 class. Jenn is a knowledgeable, patient, and kind teacher. She is open to questions, thoughts, and wonderings as she gently guides her students through the process of learning. I have been practicing Reiki on myself daily and feel the results.
