I have been attending weekly for almost a year and it has been life changing. Jen and her team are extremely knowledgeable and I have been able to strengthen my back and neck after dealing with pain for over 10 years. So thankful that a coworker recommended Auburn Pilates!

Such a sweet little studio with great instructors. The owner is incredibly kind, the equipment is clean and very well maintained, just a lovely little place! Highly recommend

Jen is amazing. I’m so glad I discovered her studio. Her extensive knowledge and kind, relaxed demeanor make the hour fly by. I have a rare connective tissue disease that can make simply moving dangerous, and I’ve never felt better or stronger in my life.
