Atascadero CrossFit

I have visited several times over the past 8 years when traveling to Paso Robles for Military duty and also wine tasting. This place rocks and is so inviting. you can tell they take care of their equipment and value their members. Would highly recommend this crossfit gym when in the area or Moving near here. The coaching is great and they can modify workouts to fit your limitations or injuries. I attended after having shoulder surgery and the coach worked with me to help me with a great workout. Once again this is the place for a great workout and community

It is hard to try something new at 47 years old but I am sure glad I did! I have worked out most of my life in some way, however, I have never felt as strong as I do at ACF! The coaches and owners are honestly there for every single person, no matter the skill level. Everyone is so helpful, welcoming, and supportive. Give it a try...you never know how capable you really are until you take the chance! I am editing this review to add that I just finished my first CrossFit open with ACF, and it was one of the most well ran events that I have been a part of, and the energy was unmatched!!! Highly recommend!

You will not regret dropping in or signing up for ACF! It is truly one of the greatest CrossFit gyms on the central coast. The coaches, programming, equipment, and community are THE BEST. I am so happy to be a part of its community for the last 1.5 years.

I am a 50 year old woman & I joined ACF 4 months ago. I absolutely love their programming. It doesn’t matter what level you are because they have it already mapped out for you to succeed and grow as a CrossFit athlete. The community is so supportive. They provide very knowledgeable coaches & I’ve learned so much! I would highly recommend joining Atascadero CrossFit!

I've had a fantastic time at Atascadero Crossfit. I started doing the 6 week challenge and learned how to improve my meals and the habits that weren't consistent with wanting to lose weight. I've lost 14 lbs and feel stronger than I have in years from the classes and the awesome instructors!

I returned to Crossfit a year ago, Since joining up I've taken many morning classes with Mike, Jana, Brooks and the other wonderful coaches at ACF. I've gained Muscle, learned better eating habits, and lost thirty two pounds.
