Unfortunately we will not be returning and don’t recommend.
Was told that because we were 3 days into the new month - my daughter can’t come to finish her artwork, even though she had a makeup day on the books from the previous month.
I do understand it’s policy that the makeup day can’t be used, but for there to be no accommodation to allow my daughter to finish (her last step of her art before bringing it home (even after I offered to pay) is not the customer service I would expect.
Highly disappointed that they weren’t willing to work with us.
