I have to say that I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at Gentle Dental in Saco, Maine. I left my previous dentist office because I was disappointed by the lack of customer care I received, so you can imagine how skeptical I was looking for a new dentist. I took a shot in the dark and found this office and I have to say it was the best thing that happened to me. Dr. Min is so kind, professional and authentically cares about my dental health not to mention he was very sensitive to my anxieties about my previous experiences. He takes the time to explain every option available to me and he never rushes me to decide.which procedures is best for me. He was thorough and precise and I plan on staying here for as long as they will have me. Let me tell you, finding a dentist that is honest and knowledgeable is like winning the lottery. I highly recommend him!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with this dental office! The office manager Chasity got me an appointment right away and accommodated my every scheduling need! The dental assistants Codi and Katrina were friendly and knowledgeable, the hygienist was patient and gentle with cleaning my teeth and the doctor made sure the treatment he planned for me met my financial circumstances. The office was welcoming and cozy! Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. If you want a great experience make an appointment at Gentle Dental of Saco!

Having not been to a dentist in Years! I went to Gentle Dental in late December with pain. They quickly took care of me. I have had a number of visits since and can't say enough about Dr. Min and his staff!! They always make me feel comfortable. They are so friendly and kind and always make me laugh! I would highly recommend them!

You walk in, and it's like your walking into your grandparents home. Extremely comfortable. The receptionist was very accommodating. She made me feel like welcomed as did the assistant who showed me into a room. The practitioner who cleaned my teeth, also made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The dentist was very nice and pleasing. Well, worth a visit.

Waiting room is well equipped for children, with books, puzzles, and toys. Staff was very friendly and dentist was great with my two year old. Only complaint was we didn’t enter the room until 10 am for a 930 am appt. No one let us knew they were running behind. Contemplated leaving and rescheduling but glad we stayed!

Gentle dental is a great local company with many locations. Saco is local and convent for me, fit my schedule nicely the staff was a pleasure to interact with. They have a new doctor the last time I went, he was very knowledgeable of his services and was competent in his treatment plan. He and his staff answered all my questions and concerns leaving me happy and satisfied. 5/5 will go again.

I just want to spread the good word about
Dr.Min, Katrina, & Chastity. I just recently returned to Gentle Dental in Saco after experiencing a terrible experience @ Gentle Dental in South Portland!!
What a Beautiful Group of young Professionals, I can’t say enough positive things about this office. I have never had a dentist talk to me the way Dr. Min talks, explains everything & there are options for anything or everything we have done to our mouths.
Katrina & Chastity have very important roles also. I’m proud to say I’m 64 years young so I have experienced enough dentist appointments
to share what I’m saying. I’m very impressed 😊

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and directed me towards the right treatment that accommodated my financial needs. I couldn't be more impressed with this dental office, I will recommend all my friends and family to this location. Keep up the great work!!!
