Camille is one of the most dedicated and hard working teachers out there! Always going above and beyond to foster a musician’s talent. I studied with Camille from age 8 through the end of high school and occasionally came back for lessons in college. At Allegro Piano Studio you not only learn how to play music but you also learn music theory, music history and how to perform. Camille was a great mentor towards me as I was growing up and will always be thankful for all the extra lessons and time she provided!

We’ve tried many piano teachers over the years for our daughter. We were so glad to have found Allegro studio through a referral from a friend. Camille is very knowledgeable and has a comprehensive music program. She is genuine, patient and has a great rapport with her students. No more constant reminders of practicing. Our daughter stayed with her throughout junior high and high school. In fact, she was so motivated by Camille and her teaching methods, she worked for her during the summer, helping teach younger children music theory. Camille is an amazing person and a terrific teacher.

We are so fortunate to have found Camille. She is a highly seasoned piano instructor who provides practical, time-tested tools to help elevate her students' skills. She offers instruction in music history, theory, aural training, and technique. In pre-pandemic times, she hosted group workshops on sight reading and solfeggio training, and made sure to share with students a little music history.

Our family has moved around a lot, and we've had a lot of piano teachers. Camille is the only one that has offered these specialized group sessions. It's such a fantastic idea as the kids help each other. Piano practice can be a solitary affair. It is sometimes tough to keep younger kids motivated. With this approach, children keep learning without parents having to drag them to the keyboard. I do hope it becomes safer so that group sessions can come resume again.

My daughter started piano lessons with Camille when she was 8 years old. Camille helped her get on the ABRSM track. Now my daughter is 13, and is set to take her Grade 6 practical exam (of 8 levels). The track helped motivate my daughter to continue with piano. She enjoys the challenge offered with each level. Also, Camille was really helpful when my daughter sprained her thumb. She was full of knowledge on how to help speed recovery, and on what my daughter could do to continue her music education outside of actual piano playing. For example, she suggested that my child watch/listen to official ABRSM pieces on YouTube and offered guidance on what to listen/watch for. The practice was so interesting and educational that my daughter referred to her notes even when her thumb got better.

Camille can be tough. It won't necessarily be easy for the kids to keep practicing piano, but I think they are able to practice perseverance and other life skills under her tutelage. This has helped my daughter gain confidence and pride in her hard work. That is why we consider Camille a valuable part of our village.

Ms. Camille was my piano teacher for about 7 years (age 9-16).I had a couple teachers before her, but she was the only piano teacher that pushed me hard enough to get through the ABRSM (grade 3-8), and then the ARSM after. At the time, my parents traveled a long distance so that I could train under Ms. Camille because they could see the tremendous progress I was making over time. Overall, my experience at Allegro Piano Studios was positive and shaped me into a well rounded pianist. Forever grateful for the opportunities that Ms. Camille gave me as a student. Thank you!

I've been at Allegro Piano Studios since I was in 3rd grade to now as a high school senior, and through the years I've grown so much as a musician! Camille gets to know you on a personal level and caters to your preferences to help you improve the most possible, and is always patient with her students. In the summer they have music theory workshops to continue to nurture students' musical education, and has monthly group lessons to teach about music theory and the art of performance. Allegro Piano Studio is an amazing place for students of all ages to nurture their piano skills!
