Love this studio! I'm taking aerial fabrics/siks and lyra here. The instructors are very good at fixing technique (which I need help with since I tend to "muscle through" moves and get injured). They have two or three student showcase shows a year which is lots of fun. Fellow students are also friendly and nobody is judgmental. Very supportive environment. Great way to get in shape and have fun learning circus arts ;).

I had an absolutely incredible experience here and genuinely overcame fears I never thought I would be able to, including heights. The owners are awesome, genuine people that look super young because they are happy, healthy and full of joy. Truly beautiful women both inside and out! I’ll definitely be back on a consistent basis and I’m excited to be a part of a new community and continue strengthening my body and overcoming limiting beliefs. ☺️

This place and these people are so much fun! I've been taking classes for about two months now and everyone is super encouraging and amazing. They have a diverse timetable that can fit anyone's schedule. The teachers are great and I've never met a student I didn't like. They keep the classes small so you're never sitting for too long. It's so much fun. I highly recommend them.

Aerial Method is truly a special place. Both instructors are such lovely and fun people as well as being extremely experienced and skilled teachers who always make me and everyone in the class feel completely comfortable and safe and tailor their instruction to the needs of each individual. I have been to several aerial places and this one is by far the best experience I’ve had; the amount of personal attention and instruction is amazing and I have learned an incredible amount here! Couldn’t recommend more.

10 out of 5 stars! Always love taking a class with Sepida. She is like a hawk. She always watches to make sure that we have proper form and technique. She always has a lesson plan and remember students' strengths and weaknesses. Like, for example, the Flexibility class is kind and effective for people who have very low flexibility. Saw serious improvement in my strength, flexibility, and overall skill.

As corny as it sounds I can honestly say this place has seriously changed my life for the better. Aerial Method and it’s incredible staff have been exceptionally welcoming, nonjudgemental and patient- and I was a complete beginner with absolutely no experience in the aerial arts. This place has made me feel strong and empowered and I encourage anyone even remotely interested to give it a try. Love this place!
