The doctor was unprofessional and a liar. I had complaints of pain to my spleen and on mychart I saw in the doctors notes that he said my abdomen was non-tender, non-distended and that he didn't feel any swelling in my spleen. The doctor never touched my abdomen or did a physical assessment at the ER so he lied in his notes. Then my husband and I asked him to do a CT of my spleen and he said no that he has no reason to and that I need to request my PCP to do it. Then in his notes on mychart he put that he offered to do a CT scan but that the patient refused. This doctor was a liar and unprofessional and I would never let my family go there. I would put zero stars if i could but I had to put at least a one star to leave a comment.

Receptionist were rude. Doctor had no clue. But the nurse who assigned to me he was very polite and very caring. Looks like he loves his job.

I wish my son would have came here he would have gotten the care he deserved. I’ll see you in heaven son. RIP Nathan Gonzales 10-18-92 to 9-13-24. Props to all of the good Dr.’s who take thier oath seriously! The Lord bless you as you provide genuine care for your patients GOD is watching…

A poor baby threw up on the lobby seats and floor and they showed no urgency in cleaning it up and providing a wet floor sign. They didn’t wipe down the chairs and didn’t properly mop up the mess. There was blood speckled on the tile floor where they did my blood work and the older nurse who took my vitals wasn’t as professional as she should be in asking questions and scoffing at my replies. Spent four hours here.

Not most providers are helpful I understand many people go to get seen but that shouldn't justify the care and attention patients deserve when attending this hospital.
