Having Jody as my coach has made a massive difference in my life. Since I began working with him I have learned so much about myself and how to work with my ADHD to be much more productive and effective in my life. Before talking to Jody, I was feeling like I had no direction. I wasn’t feeling very happy with my current career. I felt something was missing and with work opportunities not as abundant as it had been, I had started to notice glaringly that I need to change something. In our first session I was challenged to really look at myself and what would make me happy. That’s all it took. He helped me to gather my thoughts and ruminate on some goals and suddenly I had a plan. I’m back in school and believe I’m on the right path where I can add additional tools to my belt. I’m excited to see what’s over the horizon.
