Great customer service. Quick, easy booking and turnaround to get on the road. The E-bikes were awesome, easy to use, and good quality. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely rent from here again. Also, the E-Bikes were so fun! Can't recommend them enough. Great way to see the park. We did a 4-hour rental, but next time we plan to reserve a bike for the day. Highly recommend. (Never has going up a long hill been so easy!) And the whole experience made you feel like you had the park to yourself. There are WAY LESS people on the carriage trails than on the roads. Definitely make Acadia Outfitters part of your trip!

The owners of Acadia Outfitters are so friendly, kind and professional. They were such a pleasure to deal with. We rented from them twice on our visit to Maine and both times, they suggested great trails and places to take the E-bikes and scooter to. All their rentals were well maintained. We look forward to dealing with them again when we return to Maine!

Our first time riding ebikes, amazing experience! My husband wanted a workout so he rode mostly with the motor off until the end. Different assist levels were great. Highly recommend.

We booked a private bike tour and really enjoyed our experience. Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable and made our experience even better! The bikes were in great working condition! My only issue was a worn out bike grip which became uncomfortable overtime. Wouldn't hesitate to book with Acadia Outfitters in the future! A+

Wonderful experience renting pedal-assisted e-bikes! We had a fantastic time biking through the Carriage Roads, and we got to go so much further with the high quality e-assisted bikes. The staff were super helpful as well. In particular, Amber at the front counter gave us excellent suggestions and great directions. Shea showed us how to use the bikes and was super patient and friendly. That made all the difference in how we felt hopping on e-bikes for the first time. 5 stars! Thanks team! We hope to return again soon!

Our group of four had a great experience here! We were walk-ins and did not have a reservation. They were very busy but we were outfitted and sent out on our way quickly. They even went above and beyond when we accidently left a backpack behind after returning our bikes. Acadia Outfitters was kind enough to mail it back to us when it was found, and we had already returned home.

I had a great experience renting an e-bike from here! The staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I also had no issues with the bike after riding it for 25+ miles over 1800ft of elevation. I had a wonderful time exploring the carriage trails this way!

My family of five rented e-bikes for a day of riding in ANP. We were very happy with the bikes, the service, and the experience. We had only two small problems with the bikes, both fixed on-trail with our minimal bike knowledge. We felt confident that if there had been a bigger problem with the bikes, they would have been there quickly to help. If you are questioning a bike rental at Acadia, read this. All five of us know how to ride bikes. However, we do not ride regularly. In fact, in the 12 months prior, we had ridden zero miles. We estimate we rode over 24 miles in one day! We were sore and tired, but the pedal assist on the e-bikes made the experience immeasurably better! Thank you Acadia Outfitters!
