Kevin and Dama along with their entire team are dedicated to your success and goals. The passion they show up for each class is unmatched 5am to 8:15pm have the same drive.

I appreciate the flexibility in the schedule and understanding that not everyone is on the same fitness level.

I have been looking for a place in the desert where I feel comfortable working out, and with a team that keeps me motivated, and positive during my workouts! This is the place. I have found a workout home in ABC! I am so grateful I took the plunge and joined. Dama, and Kevin keep things so upbeat, positive, and motivating throughout your entire workouts! Great gym. I just started coming here. For I want to say about 2 to 3 weeks. What I love about this gym. Is how they motivate you push you. Very encouraging team. They’re about it. Most importantly, I’m already seeing results in my strength training. Also I’m already losing some weight. Awesome! The space is great. Love the different varieties of workout they have. Extremely encouraging. Great kickboxing gym!! Love the family vibes I get from this place Kevin and his wife Damaris are great couches!! Faviola is a great instructor !! Happy about this new gym opening. Not only that they have a great team working there! That know what they’re doing. Good vibes, and they make sure you’re getting what you came there for. It’s for all levels. They also have one on one training. Most check out if you’re looking to get in shape or. Just to improve on your self overall.. ?✨

Kevin and his staff are true professionals. They’ll meet you where you are physically and help you meet your goals. The exercise regimens are second to none and they will accommodate every skill level. The atmosphere is always inviting and after the training circuit you’ll definitely feel accomplished. Kevin at ABC Kickboxing has been fantastic. Unfortunately my wife and I have let ourselves get a bit out of shape. Kevin has been working with us at an appropriate pace so that we feel the success and at the same time we have been injury free!
