Summer, Angie and Caitlin helped out tremendously this last week. Summer is VERY knowledgeable in past and present leather goods, I had an amazing conversation with her about vintage leather goods. Angie went above and beyond helping me try to locate mules in my size. Caitlin assisted in purchasing my item over the phone as it was one of the last ones in the store. Mariah is absolutely phenomenal and helpful! She went above and beyond. This has been the best experience that I have ever had at Coach! I am glad that Coach not only has amazing inventory, but staff as well!

In all honesty, I’d much rather shop at the Pismo or Tejon location where I would 100% be valued and acknowledged. Not once was acknowledged upon entering the store. 2/5 associates were doing their actual job and the others were standing around looking very unenthusiastic and not making any eye contact to any customer. When it came time to make my purchase, the associate didn’t bother to engage in a conversation and didn’t even ask if I was a Coach Insider; all they responded with was “oh”. Management should definitely retrain their staff on basic customer service skills or seek better talent. You can definitely tell that they are basically there for a paycheck which says a lot about the store’s atmosphere.

Excellent customer service, they were very helpful, letting us know about all the special and pointing out all the merchandise. Store was we kept and easy to shop. Found exactly what my wife wanted. Florinda was very helpful finding my wife the perfect birthday gift.

You know I always come here but not for the experience because it’s usually lacking to be honest. The only coach store I’ve ever had a consistent experience in is always the outlet in Arroyo Grande.

I come to Tulare’s when I know what I want and don’t expect any decent help from the staff here.

So if you expect to be helped don’t be disappointed, it’s not their forte.
