Coming from out of town from the city of Chicago, 24 hour Family Fitness gave me the sentiment of luxurious personal home gym. It’s the way you would imagine you would want to set up your own personal gym. Dumbbells are new and set up perfectly, there’s machines for those of you who like machines that actually make a difference. Great gym in a great small town vibe location. Clean, tidy and 24/7 even for those late night workouts ?

Nice Gym with good Ambience. Gym is Clean and you can do your workout peacefully! It has studio and Personal Training too! You can enjoy Group workouts or Separate workouts.

For how expensive it is (22.99 biweekly) the restrooms are very very dirty. I’ve only seen them be cleaned once a week usually on a Sunday or Saturday night but other than that I don’t see frequent restroom cleaning.

Facilities are nice, but cancelling is an incredibly difficult process and they will continue to send invoices after you cancel. Not only have I had difficulties with canceling, but my interactions with Josh in nutrition were incredibly belittling and rude. I will never forget how he told me that he could tell I that I ate too much sugar by my flat bottom and puffy cheeks. Going somewhere for help with nutrition and hearing that? Anyone would cancel. DO NOT BOOK SERVICES WITH JOSH.

They're very helpful! I'm new to working out and anytime I have questions about the Machines and help me make sure I'm using them correctly and getting the most out of my workouts. They also help me work around my disability and help me find workout alternatives when I need it!
