Part of what makes this gym special is Chris, he is super passionate about helping his clients, ensuring forms and techniques are correct to avoid any injuries. This gym is focused on personal training. The facility is well-equipped, including cages and a lifting platform. Dominica and Chris are very professional. Both were extremely welcoming every day I came in and scheduling/rescheduling was easy and flexible.

I trained with Dominica to learn the Clean and Snatch Olympic lifts. Dominica was super knowledgeable and taught me the correct form without much thinking needed. I made quick progress going here and am lifting comfortably!

I felt the training sessions and workouts were well-designed. She would seek my feedback to see how I was feeling, and would instantly modify the workout if needed.

I had a great experience here and highly would recommend the investment in either Dominica or Chris!

The team here is very professional and really know what they are doing. I started training with Chris a while ago after a very severe wrist and shoulder injury about 9 month ago. I have trained for almost 5 years, but after the accident I was not able to train any longer like I used to. Chris customized a program for me that allowed me to get back into shape both physically and mentally. Highly recommend this place as they are very professional, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do.
