Redline has an exceptional coaching staff. Coach Zakk, Coach Jedd, and Coach Caitlen are simply outstanding with their encouragement and positive attitude.

As a parent, I can't say enough good things about Redline Athletics! My son, who's turning 12, absolutely loves this place. He eagerly attends three times a week, alternating between the strength and speed & agility classes. The variety keeps him engaged and helps him develop a well-rounded athletic foundation.

The flexible class schedule makes it easy to fit Redline into our busy family routine. It's become a highlight of my son's week - he gives it two enthusiastic thumbs up! Seeing him excited about fitness and setting personal goals is incredibly rewarding.

My 9 yr old son has been going to Redline 3-4 times a week for about 3 weeks now. The agility and strength classes has been amazing for my son. He has made visible improvement on his endurance, strength and speed. He plays club soccer and we were able to see the difference in his strength to hold off players and his endurance to be able to play at the top of his game for the entire tournament without getting exhausted in the high temperatures. I would highly recommend Redline and the coaches if you are looking for something to get your athlete to the next level.

Great place to train! I have both my kids going to Redline! 10yr old son and 15 year old daughter! Zakk also trains my daughter 1 on 1 and we have seen great results. Definitely recommended Redline lake forest!
