Really enjoy the outdoor workouts. The instructors are kind and I have been pretty sore after every workout so that’s a great sign!

The best gym experience I've ever had! I go to lighten my stress & build muscle and I leave with a big smile on my face & I feel so empowered and stronger afterwards. I'm grateful for a space that bonds all body sizes with hard workouts & incredible energy & people. Grateful to have this community 🙂

Loved my outdoor spin+core so much! I’m a reasonably fit late-30s mom and went here on a weekend trip to Santa Cruz. I’ve been to tons of different gyms and spin classes in my fitness career, and this has been my absolute favorite. Natalia was awesome as an instructor. I can’t wait to come back next time we are here. A top-10 Santa Cruz experience for those who are at all interested in fitness.

I love GOAT Santa Cruz. A huge variation of workouts, from truly challenging stuff, all the way to silver sneakers classes. I take the silver sneakers cuz I have a back injury. Someday I hope to add a few more classes. Excellent staff, friendly and really knowledgeable.

Excellent team of instructors, great vibe, lots of offered ways for modifications. I especially like Scott for spin classes. He's weird, funny and does a fantastic job! So glad to be part of the GOAT community.

I needed a gym but COVID + the delta variant made me a bit worried about indoor gyms. After attending GOAT for the first time I AM HOOKED! I have been there 4 times and I cant wait to become a regular! The classes are all outdoors and under a tent so you are protected from the elements. I don't think I will ever workout indoors again. There is something special about being outside with the instructors and community feel. This place truly fills my cup! Thanks to GOAT for thinking outside of the box and providing a place for us to workout and have fun!
