Best gym in Sonoma! I’ve done crossfit for years and this community is the best. They have “crosshit” classes daily as well, so lots of options for everyone and very welcoming to new people! Check out the schedule, easy to drop in if you don’t live in town. Highly recommend, I love being a member at EA’s.

Dropped in for a Saturday class when I was in town. Super welcoming box. Got a great work out with very friendly people. The athletes had good technique and knew how to modify, signs of good coaching. We definitely drop in again. Thank you!

My favorite place to workout. I went from having zero experience in any gym or fitness and EA and his staffed coached me. They offer help in fitness but also nutrition, its a great environment. Has a go at your pace vibe. Workouts are intense and there's lots of encouragement all around.

Stumbled across EA while on vacation in Sonoma, it’s a great spot! Super friendly and welcoming CrossFit gym! Great people, great workout! If you’re looking for a home away from home gym, you should put EA’s CrossFit VERY high on your list!

The atmosphere in this gym is inviting, knowledgeable, and kind. I enjoy working out here because I have become physically and mentally stronger. The coaches are awesome and I know that I will always have a good laugh and a great workout.

Dropped in twice for the 9am Open Gym while on vacation. EA and company were very welcoming, the wods were challenging and fun. Would certainly drop in again.
