Best Instructor for Broker Course Around. John took the extra time to call me and go over questions I had on the coursework. I purchased the complete package and its well worth it. Passed my first try. I would not recommend anyone else but John at Real Estate centre.

If you are looking to get your real estate license. This is the course you want to take. It’s a great course, written in every day language. I took this course for my real estate license in 2003. When it was time to take my exam for my license, I knew the answers. This course is well worth the money. Anyone looking to get their license for real estate, this is the company you want to work with. I pass the sellers exam on the first try with this course. The exam was four hours long. I was done in two and a half hours. Both Brokers and Sellers license course are available. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking into getting their real estate license.

I signed up for the online course 2 weeks prior to my exam date. At the time there was a promotional offer going on that I wasn't even aware, but they gave me the discount. The materials and information taught in the course will 100% make you pass the exam if you put in the effort. I passed the exam on my first time and I owe a lot of it to the real estate centre. If you're serious about passing your exam I highly recommend them. I called them after my test and thanked them.

If you are studying for the California salesperson or broker exam, you absolutely do not need anything other than the material offered by John at The Real Estate Centre. I purchased the audio and video package along with the book. You get only the information you need to know and by the end I was hitting 95-100% on the practice quizzes. This had me concerned as if the material taught by John did differ from that in the exam, then I would be in trouble. Needless to say, when I did the exam, I recognized most of the questions and was able to sail through without a problem.
