Upon entrance it took a bit for the employee to greet me as I wandered into the main space. Employee was in a back room doing other work. She explained the process and so I washed my hands, picked out a figure to paint, chose my colors, and then sat there for like 10 more minutes before she came back. Eventually was able to choose the paints and start on my project. Other than taking forever because the employee was distracted by other work everything seemed fine although curious as to when other figures are available as the limited selection on the shelf was a fraction of what I saw them able to create based on the molds they had in storage. Maybe there should be an option to vote on what customers would like to see on rotation.
