Discovery and Transformation have been super life-changing, truly unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Before starting this workshop, I constantly felt like my life was on a loop with no way out. I felt like I was never understood and felt very isolated. Coming to this workshop supported me in realizing that I do have the choice to break free from that seemingly endless cycle and take the power back into my life.

Now, I feel so connected to myself more than ever before, and I believe I've allowed myself to heal through a lot of past events that I have been subconsciously holding onto. I never realized how much my limiting beliefs were holding me back in all my relationships, especially with my family. I'm allowing myself to open up and be vulnerable with them, which I was always so fearful to do and before this workshop, I chose to let that keep me from having a closer connection to the people I care about most. I've witnessed how much has shifted in my life once I let go and allowed my true self to shine.

I am forever grateful for this experience and highly recommend this to anyone else who feels like they don't have control over their life and is ready to breakthrough behaviors that just aren't serving them anymore!

I took their workshops about 2 years ago now and its allowed me to open up my eyes about what I'm missing out on in life. I lost years with my family and only now is it starting to open up again. It's tough facing up to the truth but having people that supported me and believed in me made the difference. It takes dedication to make it work, the tools I got from the workshop don't just work themselves. It is so easy to stay exactly where one is right now, 100%. Breaking through the barriers one puts up for themselves and growing is not, but I wouldn't want to stay where I had been.
I'm glad I took it and that I did it for myself. I understand myself better than I did before I took the workshops. I'm able to better express myself and communicate with people. It's allowed me to have a different relationship with myself and my family. I highly recommend the workshops!

Taking both Discovery and the Transformation workshops was the most profound thing I have ever done in my life. I had so much self doubt, anxiety,
Constantly relied on others to make decisions for me and I didn’t realize how being a people pleaser was destroying my life. I now have healthier relationships with those around me, i have worthiness for myself and ive realized how much power I have to create the life that i want. To step out of my comfort zone and take risks and to no longer be a victim to my circumstances. I took the Discovery, Transformation, and Inner Child workshops about a year and a half ago and I am so grateful that I did! I went in open to learning something new and leveling up in my life... but boy I didn't expect to gain as much as I did! What I learned after taking the workshop is there is nothing wrong with how I am living my life or how anyone is, but if I'm not happy and not getting the results that I want then what am I going to do about it?!

Growing up, I started to pick up that when I'm easy going and pleasing others then there will be no chaos and conflict around me. But after taking the workshops, I learned that yes that may have been true but when was I actually listening to what I wanted? How come every time I wanted to speak up in my intimate relationships or ask my boss for days off, anxiety and fear of disappointing takes over my whole body? The trainers and support staff at EAC did a really great job putting the mirror up in a loving and supportive environment. I learned to be present to the question of what's at stake in my life if I keep putting what I want last? What really hit me was if I'm not okay with someone else not seeing their value then why am I okay with myself doing it? It takes constant work and interruption but since taking the workshops my relationship with myself, my family, and my education has improved so much, I am not constantly proving my value by people pleasing or doubting what I am capable of.

If you are ready to step on the scale and take action to get the results that you want in your relationships, career, personal goals, etc then jump in because EAC is the place!

The sessions on goal setting, time management, and stress management were particularly impactful. Networking with other motivated participants added to the experience. Where to begin! I fought it for years and found myself in the darkest place in my life and said ok what else do I have to loose. I went in to learn to not be triggered by my kids, to be a better mom, to not damage my children. I came out with tools to love myself, work through my triggers and emotions, grieve, be authentic with everyone around me about being inauthentic. I have learned to interrupt my self sabotage and behaviors and shift. Life is what I make of it. I have tools to help me be a version of me that works for my life! I am making more money since taking this work, i have more meaningful relationships, I am a proud mama and wife even though life still gets tough I am in my peace more than my anxiety!

This work is for everyone on this earth. It will change your life in a way you could never imagine!

**Update: This experience is something that pays dividends long after you take it. It's been almost 2 years since I took the Discovery and Transformation workshops and I've continued to uncover and learn more about myself and see where I've been holding myself back, and it's paid off in so many ways. I'm having better relationships, the way I navigate social situations has completely changed, and I'm experiencing the confidence and peace that I didn't even realize was missing. This work will support you, if you have an open mind and a willingness to be truly authentic about you are, without judgment.

I had the opportunity to attend the Discovery and Transformation workshops and there's really no words to describe the experience. It's something that has to be experienced to get an idea of how impactful and life-changing this work is. That's what it meant to me. I was able to create a different relationship with myself, with my friends and family, but especially with my dad, who passed away 6 years ago. I had been grappling with guilt and self-judgment for years, long before I started beating myself up for what happened to him, and I didn't even realize it. I realized how much this was present in all areas of my life. With the insight and the healing I received through this work, I now get to have a different relationship with my dad. But more importantly, I'm no longer controlled by my fear or guilt. I now embrace the obstacles that I encounter in my life and I come out stronger for it. I have nothing but love and gratitude for the team and Ariya. Thank you for creating this space for people to get a second chance at life.

If I could choose a definite turning point in my life, it would be when I was introduced to EAC. Before coming into the work, I felt trapped within my anxiety. Yes, I meditated, took medication, exercised, had hobbies, and relationships, but it always returned to a state of anxiety. Going to the workshops helped me get in touch with the core of my anxiety and how it was evident in every domain of my life. It got me in touch with my vulnerability and now I have the tools to walk into a room with my aliveness and confidence! If you notice patterns of yourself that isn't serving you, go to Discovery. Experience yourself differently.
