I came to Wreck-It from another gym where I struggled to find the sense of guidance and community I felt I needed to achieve my goals. Those issues were almost immediately alleviated when I joined. From day one I received detailed and well thought out instructions on my technique and programming from the training staff receiving immediate feedback during strength classes. More so than the programming though has been the incredible community the gym has managed to develop. Almost immediately I was welcomed to the gym regularly exchanging jokes and tirades with all the members of the facility. It is as welcoming an environment as you'll find with a wealth of knowledge to glean from. Go learn how to WRECK-IT and you won't regret it.

I came to Wreck-It two years ago with a shoulder injury looking for help with rehabilitation. Starting slowly with body weight exercises and gradually building back strength in my shoulder, I now have more mobility and strength than ever before. Some weeks when I walk in, I'm even doing hand stand push ups! Since then I've continued training with Wreck-It and have improved my strength, posture, and confidence in all aspects of my fitness. Thanks to the wonderful people at Wreck-It for helping me achieve my fitness goals!

Wreck it is the best gym I’ve trained at in my life and there’s been a few. World class coaching and the best community you could ask for.

Exploring new gyms can often feel intimidating, especially when you're stepping into a space where you know NO ONE. I wanted a gym that offered a "collegiate environment" that showed support and push their members, and this gym is just that.

The people here are fantastic, super positivity and create a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere. They genuinely support your fitness journey, not just trying to sign you up for the sake of a membership fee.

I recommend this gym to anyone of all fitness levels to check it out! My only comment is the price, it's a bit on the higher end compared to majority gyms in the area, but if price is not a dealbreaker, this is THEE gym to join sure.

Hopefully in the future if things change, I will certainly join.

When I lived in the LA area, I worked out at Wreck-It Gym often. It is hands down the best gym environment I've ever been in. Martins and Romark have created a unique and engaging environment for strength training. I learned so much about lifting in my time at Wreck-It. If you have the opportunity, definitely check it out!

This gym is pretty small, but it has all the equipment you would need for a full strongman class. They have group strength training classes Tuesday, Thursday, Friday nights and Sunday morning. The classes have a suggested workout (but you are free to flex it as needed), and the coaches (Shawn, Romark and Martins) are endless perfectionist when it comes to form.

The community is super welcoming and everyone cheers people on and helps either with tips or just helping you move weights around.

Shawn and Martins really helped me focus on the fundamentals of my squat and deadlift. I have a lot of bad habits to break, and they are constantly trying to help cue me to improve.

Martins drops in when he can and obviously its super cool to get lifting advice from the guy who won world's strongest. You can see even see the trophy at the gym!

My boyfriend and I don't have a strongman where we live so we always drop in to train if we are in the area. We are always welcomed with open arms and leave with tons of knowledge use when training at home. Love it there!
