Been going to this place for about 2 months and have loved every day of it. The overall atmosphere of the gym is very positive, inspiring, but still competitive. The training is tough and you'll usually be drenched in sweat afterwards but it's very enjoyable. Coach James is a great teacher of the sport and has really helped me and others improve at muay Thai.

Great neighborhood muay thai gym. Coach James is a solid teacher and creates a positive, respectful, disciplined, and friendly environment. It's a very clean and well equipped facility. Coaches are also great with kids.

If you're looking for a great aerobic and cardio workout this is a great place to go. Not only do you get a great exercise , you also learn great foundational skill on the art of Muay Thai.

The trainers here do a great job at working with the members to help them learn the concepts and work with them on learning the essentials of how to properly punch , kick , clinch etc... No matter of your level. Everyone here is helpful and does a great job at helping you achiever your goals.
