On our way to Tahoe had a mishap at a local gas station trying to add air our tires. Ended up getting towed to Dixon Tire Pros just as they were opening up for the day. Even though they were busy with existing appointments they were able to find time to accommodate us, clearly describe what the issue was and offer various priced options to fix it. Service was fantastic and they helped to make a frustrating and unexpected situation better. Also grateful to get inside to escape the cold rain and sit in those comfy chairs while we were waiting.

Thank you Dixon Tire Pros for another amazing service experience! Scheduling appointments is super easy with openings readily available. I went in for my routine oil change and air filter changes. Though not necessary, I was tempted to wait in their beautiful sitting area! As always, Service Advisor John is very knowledgeable and efficient . I highly recommend Dixon Tire Pros for your automotive needs!

I’ll start by saying friendly service, the shuttle is nice and prices are reasonable. Although I have been here 3 times for tires and all 3 times my tires have been over inflated. This last time my car was dropped off for new tires it took 4 hours because the shop had confusion thinking it was a tire rotation for some reason when it was dropped off for new tires. 3rd time was not the charm in my case.

Treated fairly here as far as pricing goes for services. I forgot the woman’s name inside but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as extremely efficient at her job. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs or even a simple oil change

If u have a 4 wheel drive with larger tires "Do Not" get alignment done here! I had brand new parts installed and took it here to get alignment done before I drove to Florida. Tires and upercontrol arm on right side was ruined because it was so far out! They denied everything and would not take responsibility. I took it to a place all over the country and they said they do not know what they are doing and that it was obvious they screwed up and wrong they passed the buck! I have pictures of were they had the control l arms at before and after...

Being new to the area it was hard to find an HONEST and RELIABLE mechanic. I had gotten a quote by email and was able to speak on the phone with Ted. His energetic personality by phone translated to the same in person. I was kept up to date with the progress of the work being done frequently which is rare in this industry. His team works hard and fast and he stands by his work. This is my new go to place! Everyone is professional and friendly. I will be back- thank you !

For all those who don’t know , Ted and the Dixon Tire Pro Service team are the best all around. From the kind and generous customer service like the shuttles and always great attitudes, to the fair pricing offered for services.

Fantastic place ! Pricing is reasonable. The waiting area is really nice with comfy reclining chairs and coffee. Customer service is top notch. I was blown away with how great all the people are. They really make you feel taken care of with little things like putting back the doughnut tire in it's compartment in the trunk or even just checking on you while you wait. Absolutely awesome.
