Love this gym, it’s coaches and it’s members. ASAP has pretty much become my second family. They offer workouts for all skill levels. Different workouts everyday so you never get bored. Best family friendly atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a gym.

The ASAP community are all super chill (endorphin release in this place is no joke), as well as welcoming. The staff is supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. ASAP (CrossFit, in general) has two tracks for you to follow based on your goals: 1) fitness and 2) performance. Staff are all trained to modify any given task based on your needs and abilities. On any given day you show up, choose what track is best for you (or just ask staff) and follow along. It's that simple. Prices are reasonable for what you get: unlimited classes held at convenient times throughout the day, access to fitness and diet advice from trained staff, and a community of like-minded people who care about their health. Equipment is clean and clearly cared for. Facilities are spacious. Classes often are held outdoors, weather permitting. Online app make it easy to check the workout of the day. Pedro's Cocina is opening up right next door ? Lastly, did I mention that they have dogs? ?

Love this place! I’ve been coming for about 8 months and have learned SO much. The coaches are amazing.... they’re knowledgeable, supportive and always encouraging. I’ve come to several different class times and regardless of when I come or how well I know the other participants, people are always friendly and motivating. Highly recommend trying it out.

I grew up swimming and running, so weightlifting was new to me. Crossfit ASAP in dixon has amazing coaches, that have been patient with teaching and instructing me. I have never felt healthier and my mindset has gone from diet and weight loss, to health and fitness!

Thank you to everyone at ASAP Fitness. With their knowledge and encouragement, they got me up to speed on Crossfit and made me feel right at home. I am now completely addicted to Crossfit - to the point that my life almost completely revolves around my fitness, my diet, and my body composition. The biggest thing I've gained from the Crossfit classes at ASAP is confidence. It cannot be weighed or measured, but it is freaking amazing! I know now that I am capable of anything. It may not be today, but I will get there...

I still have a long way to go to reach all of my physical goals for 2019. But, had it not been for the support of ASAP fitness and it's members, these goals would never have existed. Again... To all of the coaches and members at ASAP, Thank you!!
