Fantastic service for our multi head embroidery machines, sewing machines and sergers! We have bought multiple machines from Julien and Zack does a fantastic job servicing them all at a super reasonable price! Had to take one of our Bernina’s to another repair shop in Sacramento and OMG it was $700 to clean and service (with no charge for making me feel like a horrible person) and I can’t help thinking I was overcharged and Ive NEVER questioned Zack’s service or pricing but ABS is no longer a Bernina dealer.

Love this shop!!! Excellent customer service!! I ordered an attachment for my machine and while I'm waiting for the part to come in, they let me borrow the shop one. Nice selection of Babylock machines (my favorite!) and what they don't have in stock, will order promptly. Great quality fabric and threads and lots of notions and supplies. Very friendly staff and just nice place to shop. Will definitely purchase my next machine here!

Every time I need a repair on one of my old sewing machines, the service is very quick, and very detailed at very reasonable prices. These friendly people really know all about diagnosing problems with sewing machines and their parts. In case of operator error, explanation does not make me feel bad.

Great place to find a sewing machine. Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Much more open and professional than the last place I bought a machine. I put a down payment on a Juki and look forward to when it arrives.

The store has grown with its beautiful fabric selection. With so many quilt shops closing, we are lucky to have such a store that supplies us with great service on our machines and notions and now fabric.
