I attended a 1-day retreat organized by Ginny to create a “Life Map” where we uncovered what was keeping us from acting on changes to make our intentions and future hopes materialize. Ginny has a gift to help you see where you are blocking your own progress, and she does it from a place of true caring and kindness. She has been through a lot herself, so there is true understanding without judgment. Her soft voice and quick laugh help lighten your spirit when it is especially heavy and down. I continued working with Ginny after this retreat, getting individual “coaching” and support which gave me the strength to then endure 3 of the hardest years of my life (so high up on that stress scale you can’t imagine!). She is a true, honest, loving professional who helps you become your best self.

I like her format of longer meetings with more relaxed end points. I don't have to stop a session in the middle of a thought because the clock is up like with other therapists.
