This is the one. I am impressed. Very clean place, professional and knowledgeable instructor, new equipment.
Carlos was a true professional and gentleman. He arrived 15 minutes early.
Even with my experience in using Powered Industrial Trucks, he was able to teach me the safe and correct way to use them in areas I had been lacking. That is what is important.
The equipment they teach you on is new and you feel the actual power of these machines. It teaches a type of respect and reverence for what you will be working with.
I needed a refresher and a new certification and I am completely satisfied with the entire experience I have had here.

Art was a great trainer and walked my entire crew through the process. The training was very informitive and by the end of the class, all of my employee's were certified. Looking forward to taking the additional classes to further strengthen my skills and one day be able to teach these classes for our company on my own.

Excellent service from the very first phone call. Professional, courteous and incredibly welcoming. Art and Nora were both incredibly professional. The class was informative, helpful, clear and concise. Art knew exactly how to present the key points and stress the importance of safety. We never felt rushed. All of our questions were clearly answered and Art always double checked to make sure all was clear. The hands-on was eye-opening, fun and helped build a bit of confidence, even on day one. Obviously, like a driving a car, the more hours you spend doing it, the better you will become. The same with operating the PIT (forklift ... if you take the class, you'll know what a PIT is. 🙂 ) Highly recommend this group. We have two or three more people who need to get certified and they will definitely be calling Forklift Academy in Chatsworth. Thanks again. Barbara M.
