Probably cool for kids but I went as an adult just to check it out thinking it would have the welcoming vibe of like a climbing gym but that wasn't the case. Everybody was nice and friendly but I went for 16+ open gym and it was literally just a bunch of teenagers hanging out. Kind of awkward and I know for sure not everybody in that room was over 16.

This was my first experience with a Freerunning or Parkour class for adults and it was so much fun! The instructors were very helpful and were well-versed in explaining the techniques that we practiced. You are welcome to go at your own pace and the gym feels very safe especially if you are being mindful with what you are doing. In the beginners session, we learned how to properly barrel roll, stop yourself on a wall, walk-through hurdles, and balancing with precision jumps. I hope to be back soon and highly recommend for anyone curious or who wants to seriously improve his or her parkour skills!

I was really happy with the party we just had at Tempest until we were rudely rushed out the door before our time was up and a few of my guests told me that one of the coaches in particular were extremely rude to them. Also they didn’t even have enough seating for the children at the tables. My first and last party here. It’s too bad because otherwise the kids had a good time. There needs to be better scheduling and communication from staff.

Great place for kids but no options for non members to use space with their member children. They have an open gym night that my son goes to and I would love for him to show me the moves he learned in class from on the floor but they don't allow. I know all the difficulties of making that happen but I still wish they would come with a solution.

Love the coaches, love the activity and encouragement given to my kids. Can't stand the office staff. Difficult to get a hold of, phone calls never returned, emails never answered, mistakes often made. VERY restrictive make-up policy.

It's like a playground for grown-ups. There are kid seshes during the day, but Wednesday nights, ladies go get your sweat on! They have a sweet deal (women Wednesdays) to encourage ladies to try out free running. Very friendly staff and friendly people. They have snacks for sale at the location, but there's also places to keep your things if you decide to be frugal and bring your own noms.

The front desk staff is very helpful. I went to ask for information about the gym since my younger daughter follows them on Instagram and is a big fan. They answered all of my questions and gave me a run down on pricing and classes. They were very welcoming?
