I booked 3 free fitness sessions on the website, but it didn't say that you must be a local to get free fitness. When I arrived at the store, the front desk staff told me that you must be a local to get free fitness. You can write on the website that you must be a local so that I don't have to go to the store empty-handed.

I highly recommend this great gym place! Very friendly staffs and very professional instructor Dr Venom, Dominic Gonzalez. I started Dr Venom's Monday and Wednesday night classes Boot Camp, Body Combat, Boxing in October last year. Within a year he has healed my back pain which was caused by my back injury many years ago. Now I could do 5 minutes plank nonstop! I got the very expensive high quality boxing gloves from Dr Venom as a great gift for my big accomplishment. He has given these great gifts to all the students who could do 5 minutes plank! Dr Venom is a Dr of Physical Therapist. He has helped many students in his classes to heal their physical problems. Dr Venom is so professional, patient, compassionate in helping every student in his class to become mentally and physically strong. He individualized every student’s practice technique and provided free physical therapy to everyone. Everyone in the class is cheering and encouraging each other with the great spirit from Dr Venom.

My first ever experience was the best I’ve ever had. There is no other gym like Daly City’s very own fitness 19. It’s like a second home, I love it here. Thanks to the staff by the name of Kevin Tran, I am able to work out in a clean comfortable environment.

Pros
-Economically convenient.
-Parking is accessible and easy.
-Friendly and approachable staff.

Cons
-Located in a basement with poor air circulation, especially near the deadlift and squat rack area.
-Frequently crowded, making it difficult to use equipment.
-At least one machine is always out of order.
-Restrooms are often unclean, with paper towels and liquid soap frequently unavailable.
-No locker room; only two changing rooms, which are small and not well-maintained.

This place has poor maintenance and repair on the equipment. Stairmaster has been broken for months and years. Sign say repair scheduled! No repair has been done and this place only has 3 of them and they are all broken still? This place also has poor ventilation that seems to constantly be broken. Thermostat hanging from the wall by its wires? There appears to be mold growing in the ceilings inside the large dance floor. Please repair the broken machines, repair the ventilation system and get rid of the mold!

Been coming to this gym since Feb 2020 and now work here as a Zumba Fitness Instructor. Made lots of friends by attending the fitness classes and have really enjoyed being here as a member and an employee. Lots of fun and good memories and encounters with the staff here, and looking forward for more to come in the future!

I came to the gym today and I need a mat to do my stretching and abdominal exercises. Dom G was teaching a Kickboxing class and besides being rude, he didn't let me take a mat, saying that they were all for the class, when there were clearly extra mats. I asked the guy who works at the reception and the class professor (Dom G) was super rude to him too and didn't let him take a mat.
So, does this mean that when a class is happening, I have to do my exercises on the hard, cold floor of the gym? Because there are no mats available for everyone This is ridiculous in so many levels! This gym needs to improve A LOT! And the people that work in there too, they need to know how to respect people!
