If you’re into boxing or just need to burn some calories from all the delicious food and wineries of Sonoma Valley, this is the place to train. Alex is an incredibly knowledgeable coach. I was fortunate enough to train on my own at his gym on four separate occasions, but he gave me some great tips—thank you. He does offer personal training. It’s also a great place to meet the local men and ladies of the area.

Great gym! they have everything you need to get a workout in. Coach Alex is a very knowledgeable in multiple facets of combat sports and is a great teacher, very patient and polite. Definitely the best gym in the Valley.

Alex has been a fantastic coach, and shares all his knowledge with his clients full disclosure. His drills, conditioning work, and ethics are fantastic. I appreciate all the knowledge he has shared with me since I began training on 2017. If you want to get in shape & learn proper self defense, go see him.

Found this boxing gym back in August 2015 and to date it’s been the longest gym membership I’ve ever had. Alex has the skills to train beginners as well as clients that actually compete in boxing, while also doing strength training & conditioning and cardio. I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere here: no pressure, with patience and skill to get you to your desired fitness level. Would recommend 100%.
