I wanted to be happy with this service, but I was met with challenges and lack of communication at every turn. My first training appointment, I was almost skipped over until I called, just to find out that even though I had booked and had confirmation, my training did not get scheduled. Melody was apologetic and helpful, and ended up rescheduling me personally, which I finally got a training session for my cockatiel. The training itself was great, which is why I’m giving two stars rather than one. Because of the scheduling mess-up, Melody had offered me a follow up session, which I accepted and scheduled on the spot. I was also promised to be sent training videos and materials after my first session to have as reference. Those references never came, so I emailed Melody about it a couple times and never received a response. Then the appointment for our second session came and went and I did not get the training I was promised. By this point, I was fed up trying to get help here. Melody is great with the birds if you can actually get a training session, but given the lack of communication and follow-through, I cannot recommend this service.
