Working with Dr. Felber is exactly what I needed to jump start not only my fitness journey, but begin a new lifestyle journey. Her program is a great starter program for people who feel embarrassed, intimidated, or scared by the idea of going to the gym or with the concept of working out. It is also great for people like me who struggle to lose weight or even inches. I didn’t lose much weight but I did lose inches, enough to fit into all my old jeans. This program also taught me how to eat better by making better choices in food options, and taught me that with time and patience, I can feel
stronger and better about myself. Working out was always hard, but the program allowed me to see change even if I wasn’t working out every
single day. In 2 months, I was able to fit in my clothes again and now wearing a size small dress. The tracking of food and workouts were also very helpful. Overall, the program increased my confidence and self-esteem. I have never felt better than I do now. Dr. Felber gave me the strength and confidence I needed to keep going in my health journey and to learn to trust the process. I am forever grateful! ☺️

Rachel is a wonderful coach and I’m forever grateful to have found her! Her passion about health and fitness is evident through the time she spends carefully tailoring her research based programs for each client as well as the frequent communication and monitoring she provides. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I felt like she understood my lifestyle and needs and was always flexible when I needed to make any changes. Great experience! At the time i was beginning with Dr rachel felber, i was 3 months postpartum and needing help getting back into a routine. During the 3 months, i lost 20lbs and many inches! I got the confidence to go into the gym and get outside my comfort zone. She helped structure a routine in the gym as well as helped me get into a good eating pattern. I’m very happy with my results and will take the knowledge she shared to my future health journey!

Dr. Rachel is the best! After 2 kids and an extra 10lbs of body weight, I was excited to work with Rachel to get lean! Through nutrition and fitness coaching, she helped me to drop 18lbs of body fat while building muscle. As a fellow MD, I appreciate her scientific explanations to her recommendations as well as her willingness to thoroughly research answers to questions I had before getting back to me. Her approach is efficient, allowing for this busy working Mom to keep up. I feel strong and energetic --> I can now do pushups and pullups! Totally worth it - highly recommend working with her!

I went in with zero exercise routine, and zero expectations. In just 6 months I’ve lost 15 lbs, inches (plural) off the waistline and crave workouts because it has me feeling so good. Working from home or behind a computer takes a toll on the body. Rachel has taught me nutritional science and backs it up with minimal cardio workouts. Really I can do more, but minimal high intensity workouts works for me now. She’ll give you the tools and will be there for you every step of the way. It’s the best investment I’ve gifted myself in ever.

I've worked with personal trainers before, but Rachel is the only one who has gotten me to find and feel the joy in my workouts! I am a 59 year old woman and have been working with Rachel for a few months now, and I feel stronger and more fit than I have in years. I am in this for the long haul—been learning how to make better choices, and getting personalized guidance and caring encouragement every step of the way. Exercises and nutritional goals are chosen and constantly adjusted by Rachel to fit my exact needs, taking into account my personal challenges and physical history and abilities. I was overweight and depressed, and hating my body and how it looked in anything I wore. I was tired all the time and lacked energy, was not eating right, not exercising and didn't want to go back to the gym. Now, in the comfort of my own home, I can get in shape and see results. I can go a whole day with energy and drive, and I'm getting muscle tone back and gradually losing weight. In fact, I may have to go down a pant size because everything is falling off! I am grateful to have someone with whom I can check in who is making sure I do the work, but also wanting it to be enjoyable and sustainable.

We have weekly check-ins and I feel listened to and guided every step of the way. And because Rachel is a trained physician, I know the medical issues I have are being taken seriously, with knowledge and empathy. This is not a fad diet, it's a regimen of high protein, low fat foods that you choose/make yourself, (nothing to buy), weight training, cardio and time, and your goals determine the time frame. What do you have to lose except some ill-fitting clothes and a poor self-image? Life is too short—take charge of your health now—you only have one body and one life—it's time to take care of YOU! You won't regret it. 🙂
