I just joined this gym. This is a great gym. Very well equipped and maintained. But above all, I love the people who own this place. As intimidating as the title of this gym may sound, these are the nicest people you will ever run into. People you can trust your kids with. I m brining my kids here as well for training. I love focusing on fundamentals. The training is a great exercise although for me i just love learning the art of boxing. I am trying to exercise outside this gym just to be fit enough to perform better. One of the many best things I love in Modesto since i had moved in.

We are new to the area and I knew I that needed to get back to the self care of my physical body. I googled boxing gym, called and spoke to Mr Tony, and decided to drop in the next day.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I so thankful that I showed up!

I enjoy the atmosphere, even though this is brand new to me, I feel very confident that I am going to reach the goals that I have set for myself with the help of my new trainer Mr. Tony!

Self care is not all about manicures and pedicures, it’s also taking care of this one body that you have been given!

I have been going to this gym for almost 2 months now and I have seen amazing results not just physically, but mentally as well. Everyone here is super encouraging and helpful when you are working out. I recommend everyone to come try this gym out!! The owner and his wife are truly amazing and very welcoming people!!

Before I joined I had never boxed in my life. Tony showed me everything to get me started. Coming to the gym has given me so much confidence in myself.Tony has made me face a lot of my fears in regards to physical contact which is something I am forever grateful for. I am in the best shape of my life. This place is such a great outlet for someone who is wanting to learn how to box but also beat away the mental demons. Very fun and encouraging environment for all skill levels. There are several boxing gyms in town, however, this is the only one to go to!

No regrets after joining this gym, it doesn’t matter if you want to be a boxer or just work out and learn new stuff there’s all kinds of different things to do here and Tony the owner is a great coach that will make you laugh and motivate you more than any trainer you’ll be able to find. This gym is the coolest blast from the past, looks like it’s right out of an old school movie. All the people that go are humble and friendly, you learn and make relationships here. It’s hard work, good music, all the equipment you can think of, great sessions or free time, whatever you want and I’m making some of the best memories of life here. This gym is bad to the bones!

Bad 2 The Bondz Fitness Training Center, Mr. Tony provides a clean and safe environment While allowing the children to be social with structure while learning self defense & getting a good workout ?
What more could you ask for?
I personally appreciate the fact That he's tough but, will comfort and love on the kiddos when needed.
