The best swim lesson option out there. Super dedicated staff, no matter who we have each day, my daughter loves them all. Quinn, Rowan, Kat, Eleanor, Sarah.... All awesome people who are so enthusiastic and dedicated to what they are doing. The program focuses on water safety, but with a huge emphasis on fun as well. They know how to handle different personality types amongst kiddos. The small class size to the instructor ratio ensures each student gets the quality time they need to learn and grow. I plan on keeping my daughter in year round so she can continue to progress, as we do travel a lot and sometimes have to miss weeks at a time, but we travel to places where we have access to water. So the ability for all my kids to swim and be safe in and around the water is absolutely invaluable.

My older two kids are 14 and 10 and are strong swimmers. So with our youngest, age 3, and a strong willed girl, we wanted to make sure she could learn as her brothers did. They took lessons here and there and it took years for them to progress to the skill level she already has in 6 months of lessons. The indoor pools being used at local hotels is the best idea ever. It allows us to still take lessons when it is cold and rainy outside, not missing a beat and having to start all over when the weather is warm again. I highly recommend this program, and I can't wait to see where it takes us!!! It's so comforting to know that the staff is invested in each child and their progress, and they really show this in everything they do with the kids and all the support and understanding they provide.

We love all the instructors at British Swim Hilton! Olivia is amazing with our daughter! They're so attentive to each child's needs and they listen to parent concerns and feedback. Our daughters confidence in her skills has skyrocketed here and we can see her really growing through the different progression classes.

Wonderful! I really appreciate how they go at the kid's speed and my kiddo is slowly But surely making progress. We used to go to the classes offered by Santa Rosa Parks and Rec, and while they're cheaper, their program would take years. I'm hoping this way my kiddo will be swimming in a year rather than years.

One of the things I like about the program is how supportive all the teachers are even when they're not working directly with your kiddo. All the teachers are great: Quinn, Sarah, Josh, Gabi, Niki, and Kat.

We have a had an amazing experience with swimming lessons for my 5 year old. My daughter is neurodivergent and the staff have supported her and worked through all her ups and downs to teach her to swim. We have tried many different swimming lessons and this place has by far been the best. Everyone is welcoming and extremely patient. Teacher Quinn, Eleanor, Sarah and Kay have worked with us the most. I can’t say enough good these about these people. They are hands down the best.

We also have worked with Zoe, Terp, Josh, Rowan and Nicki. Thank you all so much for helping my girl become the best swimmer and making it exciting.

I only gave one star because zero stars wasn't an option. We booked a hotel with a pool for my daughters 7th Birthday because that's all she wanted. Sunday morning we went down to the pool to enjoy our remaining time. Unfortunately this 'school' had taken over the entire pool. An instructor condescendingly told our daughter that she could use about 4 Sq ft of the deep end. Very appropriate for a 3 and 7 year old. Then we were relegated to the hot tub where the obnoxious children were harassing our kids with "Why are you even here". WE WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS. They completely ruined my daughters birthday to the point my kids begged to go home. Oh and I neglected to mention the 10-15 Dads lined up on the wall which made my wife super uncomfortable in her bathing suit. I have contacted Hilton corporate and will contact any other corporations doing business with this 'school'. If you are looking to have obnoxious kids get swim lessons from condescending entitled white people, this is the place for you.

This has been a great experience for my 4 year old. Teachers Eleanor, Quinn, Kat, Rowan have been so great and make a lot of effort to make my child feel comfortable. Friendly staff and very encouraging environment for the kids.

We would absolutely recommend many of the instructors at the Hilton Garden Inn, Santa Rosa location. We've been extremely pleased with all the instructors (Ernie, Elanor, Faith and Ellie) who have been helping teach our son.

We've observed how they make it so easy for newbies or kids afraid of water to get comfortable with water over a short period of time. They are super attentive to how the kids swim and their form and channel this feedback in a way the kids can understand so it can be fixed before it's too late. Their feedback to our son has been spot on and is timely and so well received by him because it's supported by positive reinforcement. My eight year old son just loves learning from Ernie every session and looks forward to his lessons after months of already attending British swim school. Absolutely recommend!
