We’ve been going to D1 for a few months now and have been so pleased. I have seen a lot of improvement in my son’s strength and agility. All of the coaches have been great and he really enjoys going and always has fun. Highly recommend!

D1's staff is enthusiastic, hardworking, engaging, and personable. The facility is state-of-the art, and with Drayer Physical Therapy and a Recovery Lab in-house, you have all you need to be successful. Cam, AJ, and staff's loyal clients are a testament to the quality care you will receive at D1 Hoover. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I joined this program at $35/week and I honestly feel like I am getting my money’s worth plus more. The staff is extremely welcoming and supportive. It’s not a big facility but don’t let that dissuade you from joining because they use the facilities efficiently. Workouts are a mix of strength and conditioning, with a wide range of different workouts that can range from weight lifting to plyometrics. I say if you are interest come get your free trail and see if it’s for you, it worked for me !

We have been with these guys for over 4 years and cannot say enough good things about Cam, AJ, and DJ. Our two kids have gained so much strength and agility that have helped them build confidence in sports and, honestly, transfers to all areas of their lives. It is amazing how they can make it so fun and relate so well to little kids and also to the D1 and pro athletes that are in there every day. We tell everyone that it is an absolute MUST to get your whole family in there to see all they have to offer. It is also so cool that Drayer PT is in the same facility, so any injuries/restrictions are taken care of right there and communicated to the trainers.
