Took my Explorer in because it was leaking oil from the drain plug. I had just gotten an oil change at one of those "sit in your car while we change you oil" places. It turns out that they left the seal off when they put the plug in. So... never use one of those places again. They replaced my drain plug, and filled it back up with oil. They even cleaned my nasty, corroded (with 2 Rs lol) battery terminals for free! Great bunch of people. Very friendly. Plus they didn't try to upsale me on stuff I didn't need. Like most mechanics. A+ service all the way around. I will be using them exclusively from now on! Thanks!

The owner and his employees have always did a great job! There is not another shop I would go to that I trust. Infact I travel long distance to come to Class A Automotive. I always feel safe and have no worries. They don't over charge.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the help I received. The rear differential bearings went out on my truck and I couldn’t afford at the time to pay anyone to do it. These guys walked me through the entire process and answered numerous questions to help me out.
I’ll definitely take my vehicles there in the future!

My mechanic, Brandon, gave my high mileage car with an oil leak (and other issues) a new lease on life, and for a pretty reasonable price. I had a great experience start to finish - they kept me informed all along the way, and the price and time estimates they gave me were accurate. I'll definitely bring my car here in the future instead of going to a big name shop in Fayetteville.
